1. split off the front section of hair and comb it through.
2. Hold the hair in suitable place using a clip and pin the rope in place on the crown.
3. Divide the front portion of hair into three strands. Start braiding.
4. When braid reaches the top of the rope, merge all the strand of rope with each strand of braid and continue working down to the ends. Secure with a covered band.
5. Lastly make four small braids, equally spaced around the head and secure them using a band.
