Defining your Brows

If you are uncertain about how to add color and shape to your eyebrows, here are some helpful pointers:

1. For the most natural results when using a eyebrow pencil, eyebrow powder, cream brow color or eyebrow mascara, select a color the same shade or a shade lighter than your own eyebrow. To extend the eyebrows, simply apply color to their outer corners.
2. Creating a subtle arch is easy using a brow pencil, cream color or brow powder. Stand facing a mirror. When looking straight ahead, the area of eyebrow directly above the outer edge of the iris is where the arch should be placed.
3. For thicker-looking eyebrows, lightly trace above eyebrows with a brow pencil, cream color or brow powder. Use an eyebrow brush or an old toothbrush to blend color and create a natural looking finish.

Eyebrow pencil should be kept well sharpened so that you can achieve good definition.
