Head Lice is also known as pediculosis. Head lice are parasitic wingless insects. Head lice is the sucking lice that is seen in human and animals also. It is mostly seen in the children's having the the age of 3 to 12 years. Head lice do not spread disease. It is curable by using some medications and preventions. Head lice is occur due to the direct head to head contact with infected person. Head lice have three methods such as the eggs, the nymph, the adult. Birds and other mammals have their own lice.
Some of the common causes are as follows:
- Inadequate application of product
- To transmit infectious agents from person-to-person.
- Lack of personal hygiene like not taking bath daily.
- Contaminated clothing
- Dirty hair and poor hygiene.
- Itching and loss of sleep.
- Sharing hats of infected person.
- Stuffed animals.
- The cause is a tiny insect and feeds by sucking blood through the skin.
